Initially LiveAdmins started providing its WebGreeter TM service in partnership with a combination of 3rd party live chat software. However, most of these applications were inadequate and restrictive in some regards, keeping us from delivering our optimum output. With an increase in server load and frequent problems at our client’s end we had to move towards development ourselves. In 2007 we completed our WG Live Chat Software TM project, adding another milestone in our journey. Our developers had focused on the requirements laid out by the company, aspiring to help deliver a higher level of efficiency in line with the direction of the industry. We intended to make sure we catered for the needs of our clients and fulfilled the promises about what our service would be and what it would deliver. While initially, the goal was just to build it to improve our own service, by 2010 WG Live Chat Software was a fully featured LiveAdmins product.

In a sense, WG Live Chat SoftwareTM (WGLCS) has been 10 years in the making. With our all experience pouring into the development process, it is has become a powerful tool for monitoring and managing instant messaging. WGLCS is loaded with functionality to support multi-regional and multi-lingual Chat. It enables enterprise level resource management and reporting while allowing for network and external exchange. We at LiveAdmins are dedicated in bringing innovative and expedient designs to our clients and hence will continue to add more features to enrich the WGLCS experience.
